Jenn Mangold

Jenn spent nearly two decades building and running social media programs for some of the most recognized brands in the country. She led organic social, paid media, influencer campaigns, and marketing AI initiatives across Indeed, Expedia/Vrbo (formerly HomeAway), 3M/Solventum, and Aceable.

The work that grew those programs the most: content strategy, influencer partnerships, paid ads, and strategic planning. At HomeAway and Vrbo, she ran social strategy through two Super Bowl campaigns, managed activations at the Eiffel Tower and UEFA Euro, and oversaw a Disney partnership. At Indeed, she led the brand through another Super Bowl and built the paid social infrastructure that scaled globally. At Solventum, she tripled qualified leads through Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns.

Why She Started The Social Growth Group

Jenn started consulting in 2015 to begin helping small businesses who needed expertise to solve problems, generate leads and grow revenue. In 2025, she launched The Social Growth Group to bring Fortune 500 strategy to companies that don't have a Fortune 500 budget. She also serves as Fractional CMO and Startup Advisor for HeatSense.
